Key objectives
Yello Energy approached to refresh their website and redesign online customer care platform. Project objectives were defined as:
1. Create a respectable design system. Establish a comprehensive set of guidelines, assets, and standards for creating consistent and cohesive visual designs across all digital products and platforms.
2. Improve User Experience. Improve the overall user experience at all. This includes ensuring that the everything is easy to navigate and users can quickly find the information they need. Identify pain points in the current design and implement changes that address these issues.

Wireframes
Working with data collected during the research phase, a basic site map to help visualize the website architecture and high-level page structure was built. This process helps to identify any potential design issues early on, allowing for changes to be made quickly and easily.

Design system
The purpose of a design system is to establish a common language and visual identity that helps teams work more efficiently and produce high-quality designs. It provides a centralized resource for designers and developers to reference, reducing the need for creating design assets from scratch, saving time, and ensuring consistency across the design.

Hi-fidelity prototyping
Fleshing out the mockups helped visualize the final design, colour palette and imagery, as it would appear on the finished product. From here we could iron out any issues before development stage.
